As the title says, today Anathema decided to not play Age of Conan as a guild any longer. The game has not delivered at all. This in itself is not bad, since every mmo launches with poor content and full of bugs. However, the lack of communication from FunCom, and the lack of improvement to the game, has made this decision easy for us. Age of conan has a lot of potential, but we don't feel this will be shown to it's full extend for atleast the next six months, and we are not going to wait around for that.

So we killed a boss – go us!

Like most guilds in game we have been struggling with numbers over the past few weaks for various reasons, people deciding to take holidays (I know how rude) as well as the people who have decided that Age Of Conan is not the game for them witch seem to be getting more and more each day (Stop Slacking Funcom).

Despite all this we managed to muster 23 players of most likely the most random class setup I think we ever had, 11 healers ftw people still died though damn slackers! We had a lot of people doing the fight for the first time including 2 tanks so it started off slowly but like all good raids it starts to click and things started to progress, by the end of the night we could have done the fight for 20 hours and the result would have still been the same there was that much concentration going on so good job all.

Now on to the shiny epics! Congratulations to Crossdamo our resident sheep shagger(EU law makes us recuit them) on his tier 2 legs and Milleues on his tier 2 boots.

The PvE team are still recruiting we are looking for the following classes

1 x Demo
1 x Ranger
1 x Hox

After some weeks of suffering from having a lot of people on holiday, including our main tank (whoops), Anathema started raiding again. This time we brought the pain to the first boss in Blackring Citadel, Excorant the Gargoyle Master. This is propably the easiest fight in the game so far, and a one-shot was in order. Yaremka the Soul Eater is next!

On june 24th, Anathema downed Kyllikki. Interesting fight compared to the other two tier1 raid encounters, still pretty boring though. Well done to everyone involved.
